INNER HEALING

Are You Feeling Stuck?

Maybe you’ve tried praying, worshiping, reading Scripture — but something inside still won’t move. It feels heavy, confusing, or hard to explain.

You’re doing everything you know, yet the same thoughts, emotions, or patterns keep pulling you down.

You’re not alone.
And this “stuck” place is often where God begins the deepest healing.

What are you struggling with?

The “stuck” feeling often shows up as:

  • Thought patterns you can’t shake — lies about God, yourself, or others

  • Overwhelming emotions like fear, shame, anger, anxiety, or sadness

  • Habits or cycles that sabotage relationships and goals

  • A spiritual plateau where no matter what you try, you don’t move forward

If these describe you, you’re not alone — many people feel this way before breakthrough.

Why do people come for inner healing?

People seek inner healing when they sense something deeper is happening beneath the surface — something prayer alone hasn’t resolved.

They love God. They’re trying. They want freedom…
But they keep hitting the same spiritual wall.

Often, the intensity or repetition of the struggle is greater than what’s typical in normal Christian growth. It’s like there’s a hidden wound, lie, or spiritual “open door” giving the enemy influence — and they can feel it.

Inner healing helps uncover and close what they couldn’t see on their own.

How do you know

if you need Inner Healing?

You might need inner healing if:

  • You’ve felt “stuck” for a long time

  • You’re spiritually exhausted or discouraged

  • You feel blocked or held back in areas you’ve prayed for

  • Your emotions feel stronger than your will

  • You sense something is affecting your walk with God, but you can’t pinpoint what

When the enemy has “legal ground” in your thoughts, emotions, or will, you can usually feel the pressure — even if you don’t know where it started.

Inner healing helps reveal what’s been hidden so you can walk free.

What happens during inner healing prayer?

Inner healing prayer is led by trained, mature leaders who partner with the Holy Spirit to gently guide you through:

  • What opened the door to this struggle

  • What agreement, wound, or moment gave it permission

  • What needs to be forgiven, renounced, healed, or released

  • What truth God wants to speak over you

You won’t relive trauma.
You won’t be shamed.
You won’t be alone.

Jesus leads the process — the team just walks with you.

So what is inner healing?

Inner healing is a prayer-based process where Jesus identifies:

  • The roots of spiritual and emotional pain,

  • The agreements or wounds tied to it, and

  • The truth that sets you free.

It restores you to your true identity in Christ so you can move forward with clarity, strength, and peace.

What does the process look like?

4–8 sessions

  • 2 hours each

  • Each session builds on the last

  • You’re guided step-by-step into healing and freedom

  • The effects of past wounds are neutralized

  • You leave standing tall — not perfect, but able to grow again

The goal is not instant maturity.
The goal is to restore you to freedom so growth becomes possible again.

What spiritual tools are used in a session?

During inner healing, you and the team use several spiritual tools that close open doors and break the enemy’s influence:

  1. Forgiveness

    • Releasing the wounds, resentment, and pain tied to people or experiences.

  2. Renouncing the Occult or False Religions

    • Closing access points created through past or present involvement.

  3. Confessing Sin & Receiving God’s Forgiveness

    • Letting grace break hidden spiritual agreements.

  4. Renouncing Lies & Receiving God’s Truth

    • Exposing lies you’ve believed and declaring God’s truth over your identity.
