Revelation 22:13 says, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.”
When it is said, “I’ve read the back of the Book, and we win,” this is what is referred to…that Jesus is the Ultimate Victor and His “Team”—the Church—is God’s one and only plan to bring victory to this planet.
At The Cause, we are committed to being participants not fans, players not spectators, givers not takers, contributors and not consumers. We are His accomplices in ministry, not critics or observers from a safe distance.
With this in mind, the “team” that is being developed through the ministries of The Cause could be summarized in this acronym:
T—a Tenacious church. People fully committed and assertive in bringing God’s Kingdom to reign despite resistance.
E—an Enlarging church. We are not satisfied with the status quo, and we will do anything to see Kingdom expansion in the lives of each follower of Jesus.
A—an Adaptable church. We are anchored to the Rock, but geared for the times. We are flexible and ready for ministry no matter how it may present itself.
M—a Mission Conscious church. We are not just a group hanging out, but also a team on a mission. We are called to win our world to the love of Christ.

Join the team of “United” volunteers at The Cause Community Church who faithfully volunteer in various ministries. Together we utilize our gifts and passions to serve people and build God’s kingdom.
Why Serve?
Jesus said in Matthew 23:11, “The greatest among you will be your servant.” He also said in Matthew 20:28, “For even the Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve.” At The Cause, we are committed to serving others as an expression of our love for God and His love for others.

How Can I Get Involved?
There are two ways to get involved immediately whether you are just exploring your gifts or feel God leading you to serve in a specific area.
-Experienced (I would like to use my time/talents to serve in a specific area.)
We will introduce you to the leader for the ministry you have chosen. A one-month trial period will allow you to truly discover if this is the place for you.
-Exploring (I would like to explore different ministry areas before deciding.)
We will meet with you and set up one-time visits to different ministry areas to help you discover where your gifts and talents will be utilized most and where you want to serve.
We would love to hear from you. We will ensure that you find the right ministry and the right fit.
