Dave Duran married his beautiful wife Connie in 1997. They have two amazing daughter’s, Madison and Carmel. Dave attended Mt. San Antonio College, prior to joining the retail management work force in 1993 where he took on a position as a store manager with a nationally recognized retailer. In 2001, Dave accepted his first ministry position as Children’s Pastor, in Whittier, CA, working bi-vocationally. It was there where Dave’s passion for Children’s Ministry took off. With the support of his wife Connie, they launched a successful “Bus Ministry” that targeted at risk and low income areas of the community, and as a result, they saw hundreds of children come to know the Lord over their 3 years of ministry there.

In December of 2006, The Lord opened up the door for Dave to serve on staff full-time with The Cause Community Church. Passionately serving at The Cause with his wife Connie, Dave believes that children are significant today. His heart is to raise up a generation of children that will impact the world for Jesus now.
